Working Days: 44hrs per week No OT*

Key Duties:

• Assist with check-in, update of personal and medical information
• Attend to phone calls, walk-ins and appointment scheduling
• Handling of payment, processing of insurance claims and dispensing of medications

Requirements:

• Bilingual with Mandarin proficiency to communicate with Mandarin-speaking elderly patients
• Min 1 year of experience in (GP) Clinic setting will be highly advantageous
