Responsibilities:

• Develop compelling proposals, tenders, and presentations to win key accounts.
• Source and secure new clients in Marketing, Events, Galleries & Exhibitions, Museums, and Retail sectors.
• Create interactive technology solutions that solve practical challenges and elevate customer experiences.
• Build strong partnerships with internal creative teams and external collaborators.
• Lead end-to-end project negotiations, from initial engagement to completion, ensuring value, quality, and reliability.
• Collaborate with management on strategic sales planning and market growth initiatives.
• Prepare and negotiate proposals, quotations, and tenders to successfully close sales opportunities.
• Identify and pursue new business aligned with company expertise in interactive and experiential technologies within target markets.
• Design client-focused solutions to enhance customer experience and foster brand loyalty.
• Work closely with teams to meet and exceed client expectations.
• Coordinate with partners to deliver innovative and successful projects.
• Effectively manage expectations of both clients and the company.
• Support strategic planning and solution development to drive sales growth.

Qualifications:

• Manager role requires at least 5 years of relevant experience
• Executive role requires a minimum of 2 years in IT, Multimedia, MICE, Marketing, or Creative industries.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Positive, eager-to-learn attitude with a creative flair
• Passionate about technology, user experience, design, and innovation
