Job Summary

Join our team as a Customer Relations & Business Development professional to strengthen client relationships and drive new business growth through proactive engagement and market outreach.

Responsibilities

• Build and sustain long-term relationships with clients including hotels, MICE venues, and restaurants to enhance customer loyalty
• Conduct regular client visits to assess needs and ensure satisfaction with products and services
• Serve as the primary contact for customer feedback and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues promptly
• Identify and cultivate new business leads through networking, referrals, and targeted market outreach
• Promote company solutions and services to prospective clients to expand market presence
• Assist in preparing proposals and presentations to support business development efforts
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities to track progress and opportunities

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in customer relations, sales, or business development, preferably within construction, building systems, or related industries
• Proficiency in basic computer applications such as email and Microsoft Office
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage clients at all levels
• Good organizational skills with attention to detail
• Comfortable conducting regular site visits and client engagement activities
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with maturity
