Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client enquiries, ensuring prompt, professional, and solution-focused responses
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-ups, check-ins, and proactive communication
• Coordinate client appointments, bookings, and service requests with accuracy and attention to detail
• Prepare client proposals, presentations, and reports to support business engagements and service delivery
• Monitor client satisfaction levels and gather feedback to identify opportunities for continuous service improvement
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client deliverables and project timelines
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and interaction logs in the CRM system
• Support service recovery efforts and implement solutions to address client concerns effectively and efficiently
• Assist in developing and refining client servicing processes to enhance the overall client experience
• Represent the organisation professionally at client meetings and networking events with confidence and professionalism

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and trying new approaches
