Job Description

A leading global investment bank is hiring a Client Implementation Analyst on an initial 6-month contract to support its Corporate Bank / Cash Management onboarding function in Singapore. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing, fast-paced team within a top-tier financial institution.

The Role

Sitting within the client implementation/onboarding team, you'll manage the end-to-end onboarding of corporate and institutional clients onto the bank's cash management, payments, and e-banking platforms — ensuring a smooth, timely, and compliant experience from kick-off to go-live.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client onboarding and implementation projects end-to-end, acting as the central coordination point between clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Gather and review client documentation, account opening forms, and product set-up requirements.
  • Liaise with KYC, compliance, operations, product, and technology teams to ensure timely account opening and product activation.
  • Set up and test e-banking / electronic channel access and resolve any technical or documentation issues.
  • Track project milestones, maintain accurate status updates, and proactively manage timelines and risks.
  • Ensure all activities adhere to internal controls, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.

What We're Looking For

  • 2–5 years' experience in client implementation, onboarding, client services, or cash management operations — ideally within banking or financial services.
  • Strong understanding of cash management / transaction banking products and the client onboarding lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with KYC/AML and account opening documentation requirements.
  • Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Clear written and verbal communication in English; able to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Immediately available or able to start on short notice (preferred, given the contract nature).

  • 6-month contract (view to extension subject to performance and business needs).
  • Singapore-based.
