Our client is a licensed Fund Management Company holding a Capital Markets Services License. They specialize in managing the assets of high-net-worth individuals and offer a wide range of services to support their clients' family and lifestyle needs in Singapore.

We are seeking a Client & Investment Analyst who is articulate, confident, and comfortable engaging with clients both in-person and online.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a bridge between clients/prospective clients and portfolio managers.
• Understand and document the investment needs and financial history of clients and prospects.
• Communicate market updates, investment strategies, and portfolio outlooks to clients and prospects.
• Collaborate closely with portfolio managers in managing and monitoring client portfolios.
• Conduct KYC processes for onboarding and perform client due diligence.
• Support various company operations and administrative tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned or required.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of full-time work experience in a relevant role.
• Confident in client-facing settings and comfortable initiating conversations.
• Strong numerical aptitude and proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• This role requires effective communication in professional English, as it involves engaging with a diverse clientele across Singapore and Southeast Asia.
• Excellent understanding of finance industry.
