Job Description
Cleaning Manager's Job Responsibilities
Manage Cleaning Operations – Plan, organize, and supervise daily cleaning activities to ensure all assigned areas are maintained to high cleanliness standards.
Supervise Cleaning Staff – Recruit, train, schedule, and monitor cleaners and supervisors to ensure productivity, discipline, and quality performance.
Conduct Site Inspections – Perform regular inspections of work sites to ensure cleaning standards, client requirements, and company SOPs are met.
Coordinate with Clients – Maintain good relationships with clients, respond promptly to feedback, complaints, and special cleaning requests.
Ensure Workplace Safety – Implement and enforce Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations, proper use of PPE, and safe handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Manage Cleaning Supplies – Monitor inventory levels, order cleaning chemicals, consumables, and equipment, and ensure cost-effective usage.
Prepare Work Schedules – Develop duty rosters, allocate manpower efficiently, and arrange replacements for staff absences or emergencies.
Monitor Performance and Reporting – Evaluate staff performance, prepare operational reports, attendance records, incident reports, and recommend improvements.
