Key Responsibilities

• Vacuum carpeted areas in the bar and guest spaces before service.
• Mop floors in the bar counter area, kitchen, and back-of-house spaces.
• Clean and wipe tables, chairs, and surfaces to ensure the outlet is guest-ready.
• Wipe menus to maintain hygiene standards.
• Top up snack containers and ensure they remain clean and presentable.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar counter, service stations, and surrounding areas
• Ensure cleaning supplies and equipment are properly stored after use.

Job Requirements

• Prior cleaning or housekeeping experience in restaurants, bars, hotels, or similar environments is preferred but not required.

• Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently.

• Good attention to cleanliness and hygiene standards.

• Comfortable performing physical cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, and lifting light equipment.
• able to commit at least 4 days per week, 3 hours per day.
