We are a Singapore-based logistics and transport company providing air and sea freight transportation services. We are seeking a responsible and experienced Class 4 Driver who is familiar with airport air cargo complexes and port/wharf entry procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Driving & Cargo Transportation

• Operate Class 4 vehicles safely to transport cargo between warehouses, customers, airport air cargo complexes, and ports/wharves
• Ensure timely collection and delivery of air freight and sea freight cargo
• Secure cargo properly and ensure safe handling during transportation

Airport & Port Operations

• Familiar with entry and operational procedures at airport air cargo complexes (e.g. Changi Airfreight Centre)
• Comply with airport security requirements, including pass checks and vehicle inspections
• Follow port and wharf procedures for container terminals, PSA terminals, and off-dock facilities
• Adhere to time slot, gate, and yard movement rules at ports and wharves

Documentation & Compliance

• Handle and verify delivery orders (DOs), airway bills (AWB), bills of lading (BL), cargo manifests, and customs permits
• Ensure all cargo movements comply with Singapore Customs and transport regulations
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, collections, and discrepancies

Vehicle & Safety Responsibilities

• Conduct daily vehicle checks and basic maintenance
• Report vehicle defects, accidents, or incidents promptly
• Comply with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements and company SOPs
• Ensure compliance with road traffic laws and port/airport safety rules

Communication & Coordination

• Liaise with operations, warehouse, and port/airport personnel
• Follow job instructions and delivery schedules accurately

Report delays, issues, or security incidents immediately

Requirements

Licensing & Certification

• Valid Singapore Class 4 Driving Licence
• Airport Airside / Cargo Complex driving experience preferred
• Port/wharf driving experience is an advantage

Experience

• Minimum 2–3 years of Class 4 driving experience
• Prior experience in air freight and/or sea freight logistics
• Familiar with Changi air cargo complexes and port terminals
