Job Description

To manage appeals on claims applications and disbursements in accordance with stipulated policies and guidelines, such that claimants are compensated fairly and according to established service standards

Requirements

- At least Diploma holder

- 1 to 2 years of working experiences (preferably) in processing claims, disbursement, and refund

- Good interpersonal and communicate skills (oral and written)

- Must uphold strong code of work ethnics and confidentiality of information

- Detailed and meticulous

- Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially in using MS Excel

WFO in Ang Mo Kio; M-F: 8.30am - 6pm
