Your Role
We are looking for an experienced Civil Project Manager/ Civil Project Director (Construction Project) and to manage in the planning, supervision and make sure projects are completed within quality, safety, costs and time. You will lead a team of undertaking the construction management, contract administration and site supervisory works to track project expenditures. Work closely with WSHO Officer to ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.

What Will You Do

• Work closely with WSHO Officer to ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
• To attend site meetings and liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
• To maintain good working relationships with both parties.

What Do We Want

• At least Degree in Civil Engineering or construction engineering, construction technology materials or equivalent.
• Min 10 years & above of relevant experience in the Project Management of Residential/ A&A Design & Building, Commercial projects as a Project Manager
• Understanding of commercial & financial processes such as invoicing, approvals & etc.
