Job Summary

Prepare technical drawings, calculations, and specifications ensuring compliance with local regulations and safety standards. Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and quality. Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed technical drawings, calculations, and specifications to support project design and execution
• Ensure all designs comply with local regulations and safety standards to maintain project legality and safety
• Conduct site inspections to monitor construction progress and quality, identifying and resolving issues promptly
• Coordinate effectively with clients, architects, contractors, and consultants to align project objectives and deliverables
• Develop and maintain project schedules and progress reports to track milestones and inform stakeholders
• Manage procurement processes for materials and equipment to ensure timely availability and cost efficiency
• Oversee daily construction activities on-site
• Ensure work is carried out according to drawings and specifications
• Monitor workmanship and material quality
• Resolve technical issues at the site
• Maintain project records and documentation
• Attend site meetings and technical discussions
