Civil Engineer

The Engineer:

· manages all aspects of the construction site, from site preparations to build-out, ensures that the construction, installation and assembly of components, equipment and systems of the construction is aligned with the construction plans and drawing designs.

· adheres to time, cost and quality as specified while complying with relevant regulatory and legislative requirements.

· Is responsible and able to work independently.

· Is technically inclined and possesses excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills to coordinate between the various disciplines and construction teams.

Requirements

· A degree / diploma recognized by respective Professional Bodies (e.g. PEB, BCA, IES etc) with working experience in public projects.

· Skilled in the preparation of project documentations (e.g. Progress & Budget Report, Construction Programme, Method Statements of works etc).

· Successful candidate may be registered as the Technical Controller (TC) / Approved Person (AP).

· Dependence on the scale of projects, successful candidate may require taking charge of more than a project.
