Job Responsibilities

• Plan and implement age-appropriate routines and activities for infants aged 2 to 18 months
• Provide responsive caregiving, including feeding, diaper changing, bathing, and nap supervision
• Ensure infants’ safety, hygiene, and well-being at all times
• Observe and document infants’ developmental milestones, behaviours, and learning progress
• Create a safe, warm, and stimulating environment that supports sensory exploration and early development
• Build strong bonding and trusting relationships with infants through nurturing interactions
• Communicate regularly with parents on feeding, sleeping, toileting, and developmental updates

Requirements

• Minimum Higher Certificate in Infant Care (HCIC Chinese) / Advanced Certificate in Early Years (ACEY Chinese)
• ECDA Certified LON - EY1 / EY2 (Chinese)
