Job Summary

The Children Church Admin Assistant reports to the Children's Church & Women's Ministries Director, the Children Church Pastor, and provides essential admin support to ensure the smooth operation of the Children's Church in 3 church locations (ARPC@Adam, ARPC@Bishan & ARPC@Tengah).

Key Requirements
1. Applicant must be able to work 44 working hours/week

2. Applicant must be able to move between 3 church locations (when required) - Adam, Bishan, Tengah

3. Administrative Support to Children's Church, including:
- Manage the Google Shared Drive and granting rights to the respective leaders and song leaders.
- Create and update parents’ contacts on the Google Shared Drive.
- Create family and Class Leaders' album.
- Prepare and send new name tags for all respective classes.
- Create and maintain WhatsApp groups for communications.
- Provide Logistics support and maintain the cupboards across all 3 locations by topping up and replacing the items.
- Setting up and packing up the place (details will be provided separately) during weekend Children's Church.

4. Weekly craft preparation
- Coordinate and oversee the weekly craft preparation for the Children's Church.

5. Provide support in term of planning, preparation and execution of all additional activities/events (e.g. Christmas Service, Easter Service, CC Leaders Retreat, CC Camp, CC programme for Church Camp, Meet the Parents sessions and outings, etc.)
