Job Summary

Support class teachers in delivering engaging lessons and care for children aged 18 months to 6 years, while maintaining a safe, hygienic, and nurturing learning environment.

Responsibilities

Assist class teachers in engaging children during lessons and performing administrative and routine care tasks
Prepare and maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating learning environment for children
Plan, organize, and participate in centre events to enhance community engagement
Monitor and ensure children’s health, safety, and hygiene standards are consistently met
Communicate effectively with parents to build positive relationships and support children’s development

Required competencies and certifications

Basic certificate in Early Childhood Care and Education

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Passion for working with young children aged 18 months to 6 years and enthusiasm for teaching
Ability to collaborate effectively as a team player with a positive and proactive attitude
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with children, parents, and colleagues
Self-motivation and dedication to excel in early childhood education
