Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Leadership

• Define and implement the company’s technology and IT roadmap aligned with business objectives

• Advise executive leadership on technology trends, risks, and opportunities

• Lead digital transformation and innovation initiatives

• Establish technology governance, standards, and best practices

IT & Systems Management

• Oversee IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, networks, and enterprise systems

• Ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of all technology platforms

• Manage software development, system integration, and vendor solutions

• Optimize IT operations, budgets, and resource utilization

Security & Compliance

• Own cybersecurity strategy, data protection, and risk management

• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and audits

• Develop disaster recovery and business continuity plans

Team & Vendor Management

• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing IT and engineering teams

• Manage third-party vendors, partners, and service providers

• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement

Innovation & Technology Enablement

• Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies (AI, cloud, automation, data platforms, etc.)

• Enable data-driven decision-making and business intelligence

• Support product development and customer-facing technology initiatives (if applicable)

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field

• 10+ years of progressive experience in IT/technology leadership

• Proven experience with enterprise IT architecture, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity

• Strong business acumen and ability to align technology with strategy

• Experience managing large teams and complex budgets

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree (MBA or MS)

• Experience in digital transformation or scaling organizations

• Industry-specific experience (finance, healthcare, SaaS, manufacturing, etc.)
