Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Team Lead / Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee and drive the overall business operations, strategic execution, and team management of K Digitech Pte. Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, cross-functional coordination, business development support, and alignment with headquarters' strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Business Operations

战略规划与业务运营

• Lead the execution of company strategies and operational plans.
• 制定并落实公司经营战略及运营计划。
• Monitor business performance and ensure achievement of company objectives.
• 跟踪业务绩效，确保公司目标达成。
• Coordinate with leaders and ensure alignment with regional and local business initiatives.
• 与领导保持紧密沟通，确保区域及本地业务方向一致。

Team Leadership & Cross-functional Coordination

团队管理及跨部门协调

• Lead and manage cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations, Finance, and Project Management.
• 领导销售、运营、财务及项目管理等团队。
• Foster a high-performance and collaborative work culture.
• 建立高效协作的团队文化。
• Develop internal processes and improve operational efficiency.
• 优化内部流程，提高运营效率。

Business Development Support

业务发展支持

• Support key customer engagements and strategic partnerships.
• 支持重点客户及战略合作伙伴关系发展。
• Coordinate with suppliers and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
• 协调供应商及外部合作伙伴，确保项目顺利交付。
• Assist in evaluating new business opportunities and market expansion initiatives.
• 协助评估新业务机会及市场拓展计划。

Project & Operations Management

项目及运营管理

• Oversee project execution, logistics, warehousing, and system implementation activities.
• 监督项目执行、物流仓储及系统实施工作。
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• 确保项目按时及预算内完成。
• Drive process improvements and digital transformation initiatives.
• 推动流程优化及数字化转型。

Education & Experience

教育背景及经验

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or related disciplines.
• 本科及以上学历，工商管理、工程、运营管理等相关专业优先。
• Minimum 8 years of experience in operations, project management, or business management.
• 8年以上运营管理、项目管理或业务管理经验。
• Prior experience in Digital Energy, Solar PV, EV Charging, ICT, or System Integration industries will be an advantage.
• 具备数字能源、光伏、充电桩、ICT或系统集成行业经验者优先。
