Job Responsibilities

• Perform daily chemical analysis activities
• Perform daily sample retrieval and preparation activities
• Perform 6S activities
• Coordinate mini-lab day to day operations
• Coordinate mini-lab restocking activities
• Coordinate data tabulation and archiving activities
• Troubleshoot auto-titration systems
• Work with other Engineering teams on new product flow qualifications
• Work with Quality teams on quality improvement activities
• Support general activities related to new factory and equipment start-up/installation.

Job Requirements

Professional Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering or related field

Specialized Knowledge & Skills:

• Experience with manual lab titration
• Experience with auto-chemical-titration systems
• Experience with Chemicals ordering, storage, disposal

Competencies:

• Knowledge of acids, bases and pH change indicators
• Knowledge of chemical stripping/etching solutions
• Able to supervise mini-lab activities.
• Able to provide technical advice on chemical processing flows
• Able to compile and present data using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience working in a clean-room environment
• Experience with taking regular samples from production line machines
