Operate and maintain wet processing equipment (wet benches, chemical baths, plating stations, etc.) according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Perform wafer cleaning, etching, developing, and other chemical processing steps with high attention to accuracy.
Handle, mix, and dispose of hazardous chemicals safely in compliance with EHS regulations.
Monitor equipment performance, perform routine checks, and escalate issues to engineers or maintenance teams.
Collect, record, and analyze process data; provide feedback to process engineers for yield and quality improvements.
Support preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repair of wet process tools.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the wet process area in accordance with cleanroom protocols (gowning, contamination control, etc.).
Assist in training new operators or technicians on proper chemical and equipment handling.
Follow all safety, environmental, and company compliance guidelines at all times.
