Job Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Cleanroom Technician to support cleaning, polishing, and packaging of precision components within a controlled manufacturing environment. This role focuses on maintaining product quality, following safety procedures, and supporting daily production activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning of components using approved solvents (e.g. IPA) and methods
• Carry out manual scrubbing, polishing, and detailing of parts using appropriate tools and materials
• Prepare and package components in a cleanroom environment for shipment
• Support masking of parts for processes such as bead-blasting
• Operate in chemical wet bench areas and handle cleaning processes safely
• Conduct in-process inspection to ensure parts meet quality standards during cleaning
• Record and update production data in spreadsheets
• Follow quality assurance procedures and identify any deviations from standards
• Maintain good housekeeping (6S) and ensure compliance with safety practices
• Support general maintenance and ad-hoc operational tasks

Requirements

• NITEC / Higher NITEC or equivalent qualification
• Experience in cleanroom or manufacturing environment preferred
• Basic knowledge of chemical handling is an advantage
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks and manual work
• Able to work 12-hour rotating or permanent shifts
• Good attention to detail and quality awareness
• Positive attitude with ability to work in a team
• Able to work in a fast-paced production environment

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: up to $2,200 (Depending on experience)
• Allowances: $5 daily shift allowance
• Bonuses: AWS + Quarterly Profit-Sharing + Sign on Bonus $2,000
• Leave: 14 days Annual Leave (increases yearly)
