Oversee and manage the pastry section to ensure smooth daily operations.
Prepare and execute daily mise en place for the dessert bar and production kitchen.
Follow recipes and instructions accurately, maintaining consistency, precision, and efficiency.
Uphold and enforce strict health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the assigned section.
Receive deliveries, inspect quality, and ensure proper stock rotation and storage.
