We are on the lookout for a passionate Korean Culinary Professional who brings both time-honored tradition and modern innovation to the kitchen. Candidates should hold a culinary degree or relevant credential, have a minimum of two years of hands-on experience, and demonstrate strong leadership, organization, and a firm grasp of food safety standards.

What you'll do day-to-day:

· Partner with executive chefs to deliver consistently outstanding Korean cuisine.

· Follow and execute recipes with care and attention to detail.

· Prep your station thoroughly and keep it service-ready.

· Cook a wide range of dishes while upholding our presentation and quality benchmarks.

· Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and food storage.

· Label and rotate stock accurately to ensure freshness and traceability.

· Contribute to a smooth, safe, and collaborative kitchen atmosphere where creativity thrives.

At least 1 year of fine dining experience or 3 years of professional restaurant experience.

Preferred Cuisine Background: Experience in Korean, Japanese, or Western/Italian kitchens is highly preferred.
