Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items to the highest standards.
• Manage and oversee your assigned kitchen section.
• Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef with daily kitchen operations.
• Assist in inventory management and stock control.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Demi Chef de Partie ready for the next step.
• Knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene practices.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Passion for cooking and a positive attitude.
• Willing to work weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
