Job Description
Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent
Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes
Preparing meat and fish
Assisting with the management of health and safety
Assisting with the management of food hygiene practices
At least 3 years working experience as a chef de partie in Italian restaurant
Hands on and positive working attitude
Healthy and good attendance record
