• Night Shift: 6:30pm – 3:30am

• 44 hours/week

• Minimum 4 hours OT/week required

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare BBQ dishes according to SOP

• Operate grill station safely and efficiently

• Handle prep work, portioning, marination & plating

• Maintain kitchen hygiene and cleanliness

• Coordinate with service team for timely order delivery

Requirements

• Prior kitchen/BBQ experience preferred

• Able to handle fast-paced environment

• Comfortable with late-night hours
