Responsibilities

• Prepare Japanese cuisine according to customer orders and preferences.
• Cook a variety of Japanese deep-fried, lightly fried, steamed, and other traditional dishes.
• Ensure proper planning, preparation, handling, and storage of ingredients and finished dishes.
• Maintain consistent food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards.
• Train and guide kitchen staff when required.
• Communicate with customers and build positive customer relationships.
• Report operational matters to management.
• Perform additional duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience preparing Japanese cuisine.
• Ability to prepare Japanese deep-fried, lightly fried, and steamed dishes.
• Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and shift hours.
