Job Description
Main work content:
• Provide comprehensive executive and administrative support for the chairman
• Manage and coordinate the chairman's schedule, meetings, travel arrangements and official activities
• Prepare the agenda and materials of the meeting, accurately record the minutes of the meeting, and ensure the timely follow-up of decision-making and action matters
• As a key communication interface between the chairman and senior management and external stakeholders
• Organize, maintain and protect important company documents, contracts and reports
• Monitor and track the progress of key measures, timely reminders and concisely update the status
• Handle sensitive information and the chairman's relevant data in the highest level of confidentiality and confidentiality
• Assume the additional responsibilities entrusted by the chairman
