CEO Office Analyst

We are a regional trading and operating company with activities spanning plantation operations, commodity trading, and proprietary trading of financial instruments. Our business operates across Singapore, the United States, and Indonesia, covering production, trading, and international markets.

The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO and gain exposure to multiple areas of the business including plantation operations, commodity trading, financial markets, and cross-border business activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the CEO in coordinating key business initiatives and internal projects

• Prepare briefing materials and reports for management meetings

• Consolidate operational updates from plantation, trading, and logistics teams

• Monitor key business metrics and prepare summary reports for management

• Conduct research and analysis to support management decisions and business initiatives

• Coordinate follow-up on management decisions across departments

• Provide administrative support related to the CEO’s office when required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Agriculture, or related fields

• Strong analytical and organizational skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, AI productivity tools

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and coordinate across teams

• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written)

• Highly adaptable to changing responsibilities and willing to work outside regular office hours when necessary

Primary location: Singapore

The role may involve periodic travel to the United States and Indonesia depending on business needs.
