• Position : Centre Receptionist/Admin

• Location : Orchard

• Working hours : 5 Days Retail Hours (Tuesday & Wednesday fixed off)

• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4500 + 14 Days Leave

Main Responsibilities:

• Support Directors and Branch Principal in daily school operations and administration

• Handle communication with parents, students, and enquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and email

• Assist in planning and coordinating school events, competitions, exams, workshops, performances, and overseas trips

• Manage front desk duties including attendance taking, CRM updates, student onboarding, and fee collection

• Welcome parents and students and promote school classes and programmes

• Handle equipment sales and maintain stock records

• Supervise students at reception to ensure orderly movement and behaviour

• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
  

Requirements:

• 1 year of relevant working experience in customer service roles
