Basic Salary: Up to $6000

Working Days / Hours: 5 days / 44 hrs

Location: CCK / Somerset / Tampines

Job Duties:

• Oversee overall centre operations, including student recruitment, marketing, publicity, and programme execution

• Lead curriculum planning, implementation, and continuous improvement in alignment with the centre’s vision and standards

• Organise and coordinate centre events such as community projects, excursions, parent engagement activities, and graduation concerts

• Supervise, coach, and develop teaching staff through lesson observations, evaluations, and professional development planning

• Collaborate with internal teams and external community partners to support long-term centre development and initiatives

• Ensure operational coverage, including opening and closing shifts when required, and maintain overall service quality and performance

Key Requirements:

• Min.Diploma in Pre-school Education - Leadership (DPE-L). 

• At least 2 years of relevant supervisory experience in a childcare setting

• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
