The Centre Manager for Health Screening will oversee the daily operations of the centre, ensuring a seamless patient experience and adherence to all operational standards. This role requires coordination with clinical, nursing, and administrative teams to enhance workflows and maintain service quality compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily centre operations to ensure smooth patient flow, timely service delivery, and adherence to operational standards

• Coordinate across clinical, nursing, and administrative teams to ensure effective execution of workflows and schedules

• Monitor operational performance and identify areas for improvement in efficiency, turnaround time, and service quality

• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, internal SOPs, and infection control standards

• Ensure availability of medical supplies and proper maintenance of equipment to support uninterrupted operations

• Assist in audit preparation, accreditation processes, and implementation of operational guidelines

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related discipline, with relevant or equivalent experience preferred

• Prior supervisory or managerial experience is preferred

• Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills
