Job Description

We are an established education service provider seeking an experienced and motivated Centre Manager to oversee daily operations, academic quality, and business performance of our education centre.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in the education industry, and the ability to drive enrolment growth while maintaining high teaching and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the education centre

• Manage and lead academic and administrative staff

• Ensure compliance with MOE / regulatory requirements and internal policies

• Drive student enrolment, retention, and overall centre performance

• Handle parent communications, feedback, and issue resolution

• Monitor centre financials, budgeting, and cost control

• Plan and execute marketing, outreach, and promotional activities

• Maintain high standards of teaching quality and customer service

Requirements

• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in the education or training industry

• Prior experience as a Centre Manager / Academic Manager / Operations Manager preferred

• Strong leadership, people management, and organisational skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Business-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving ability

• Proficient in MS Office and education management systems
