Base Salary: $4,200 – $5,000/month
Realistic Earnings: +$300 – $1,200/month in incentives

Top Performers: Earn $6,000+/month

Work Schedule

• 5-day work week (weekends required)
• 2 weekdays off
• Consistent teaching schedule with stable student allocation

Your Role

• Deliver engaging cello lessons from beginner to advanced levels
• Develop students’ tone, posture, and musicality — not just exam results
• Prepare students for ABRSM exams, performances, and recitals
• Guide trial students into long-term enrolment
• Maintain strong student retention and progression
• Work alongside a collaborative teaching team
