Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Adhere to the schedule of delivery orders
• Coordinate with a salesperson on customer’s order before delivery
• Handle calls – logistic requirement
• Buffet set up training
• Liaise with customers during on-site setup requirement
• Organise set-up & clean-up after each delivery such as buffet reception, seminar events, etc.
• Inventory control for catering equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and provide basic service for the assigned delivery vehicle
• Understand and comply with the mandatory hygiene standards and requirements
• Perform any other duties assigned by Head of Operations
Requirements
• At least 3 year of working experience in the related field
• Excellent customer service and ability to interact well with clients
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work weekends, and public holidays
• Must possess a Class 3 driving license with clean records and good driving skills
