We are looking for a Category Executive to support the growth of our beauty and personal care brands across retail and e-commerce channels. You will work closely with brand partners and internal teams to drive sales performance, manage product assortments, and ensure smooth day-to-day category operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow assigned beauty and personal care brands to achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brand owners, suppliers, and distributors.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales, promotions, and product performance across retail and online channels.
• Coordinate merchandising, inventory levels, pricing, promotions, and product availability.
• Monitor stock movements and work with internal teams to ensure healthy inventory levels.
• Review sales performance and prepare regular reports and business reviews with brand partners.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to support product launches and marketing campaigns.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in category management, key account management, merchandising, or commercial roles within retail, FMCG, or e-commerce.
• Experience managing relationships with suppliers, distributors, or brand principals.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Passion for the beauty and personal care industry is an advantage.
