We are hiring Care Concierge / Healthcare Assistants to support residents’ daily care and wellbeing in a healthcare setting.

💰 Salary

• $2,500 – $3,000/month

⏰ Working Hours

• 4 Days Work Week (44 hours/week)
• 12-hour rotating shifts:
• Day: 7am – 7pm / 8am – 8pm
• Night: 7pm – 7am / 8pm – 8am

🧾 Job Responsibilities

🧑‍⚕️ Resident Care

• Assist residents with daily living activities (ADLs) – bathing, dressing, toileting
• Support basic care such as monitoring and nursing assistance
• Assist nurses during medical situations or emergencies
• Support activities and engagement programmes

🏥 Operations Support

• Assist during clinical consultations
• Help transfer residents within facility or for appointments
• Participate in quality improvement activities
• Attend training to improve care skills

📝 Job Requirements

• Prior healthcare / caregiving experience preferred
• Comfortable with hands-on patient care duties
• Compassionate, patient, and service-oriented
• Able to work rotating shifts and weekends

👤 Additional Info

• Able to speak Mandarin (due to client needs)
• Suitable for those interested in elderly care / healthcare sector
