About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Car Spray Paint Shop Manager to fully manage and run our automotive paint and detailing workshop. This role is for someone who already understands how a car paint workshop operates and can confidently handle both customers and workshop operations.

If you’ve managed spray painting, PPF, ceramic coating, polishing, or detailing teams before, and you’re comfortable quoting customers and coordinating jobs end-to-end — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

🛠 Workshop Operations

• Manage daily workshop operations (paint jobs, PPF, ceramic coating, polishing & detailing)

• Plan and allocate jobs to technicians efficiently

• Ensure quality control on all completed vehicles before handover

• Track timelines, materials, and job progress

• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and professional workshop standards

📲 Customer & Sales Management

• Communicate confidently with customers via WhatsApp, calls, and in-person

• Prepare accurate quotations and explain processes clearly to customers

• Follow up on approvals, progress updates, and final handover

• Handle customer expectations professionally and resolve issues calmly

📋 Admin & Management

• Manage job sheets, schedules, and daily workflow

• Coordinate with suppliers for paint, PPF, coating materials

• Monitor productivity and help improve efficiency

• Work closely with ownership to scale operations

Requirements (Must Have)

✅ Proven experience managing a car paint workshop (not just technician work)
✅ Strong knowledge of:

• Car spray painting

• Paint Protection Film (PPF)

• Ceramic coating

• Polishing & detailing
  ✅ Good customer communication & service skills
  ✅ Comfortable using WhatsApp, basic quotations, and job tracking
  ✅ Able to manage technicians and workflow independently
  ✅ Responsible, organised, and leadership-oriented

Nice to Have (Bonus)

➕ Experience hitting monthly revenue or productivity targets
