Job Summary

Support daily operations by managing vehicle logistics, ensuring vehicle cleanliness, and coordinating inspections to maintain a smooth car rental service.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily business operations in collaboration with the Operations Team to ensure efficient workflow
• Park vehicles correctly at designated locations to optimize space and accessibility
• Conduct handover and takeover of vehicles to ensure accurate vehicle tracking and condition reporting
• Arrange and send vehicles for regular inspections to maintain safety and compliance standards
• Clean and maintain vehicles to uphold company quality and customer satisfaction standards

Required competencies and certifications

• Possess a valid Class 3 driving license to operate company vehicles safely and legally

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Communicate effectively to build and maintain relationships across all organizational levels
• Work independently and collaboratively within a team to achieve operational goals
• Demonstrate strong knowledge and interest in cars to support vehicle management tasks
