• Industry/ Organization Type: Towing Service
• Position Title: Car Mechanic (Class 3)
• Working Location: Redhill
• Working Hours: 5 days (Monday – Friday), Day Shift 6.30am-3.30pm; Night shift 3.30pm-11.30am
• Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $3500 + AWS + Incentive + Allowance
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to job assignments and perform mechanic services on-site.
• Restart vehicles for AA members and corporate customers facing breakdowns.
• Follow safety practices when handling breakdown cases.
• Complete documentation as required for vehicle recovery procedures.
• Provide basic customer service during all assignments.
• Secure all sales proceeds and deposit them at the Call Centre after each shift.
• Restock service van batteries after making sales.
• Perform daily checks on service vehicles before operations.
• Upskill to support corrective and preventive maintenance and EV charger servicing.
• Carry out other tasks as assigned by supervisors.

• Valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence required.
• Minimum qualification: NTC in Vehicle Mechanic or higher.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Experience in vehicle recovery is an advantage.
• Knowledge of basic vehicle repair or maintenance is a plus.
• No experience required if willing to learn and have a positive attitude.
• Able to start work immediately or at short notice is preferred
