Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Car Groomer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cleaning, detailing, and preparing vehicles for sale or delivery to customers. This role requires a passion for automotive care and a commitment to providing exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cleaning and Detailing: Perform thorough cleaning of both the interior and exterior of vehicles, including washing, waxing, vacuuming, and shampooing carpets and upholstery.
• Inspection: Conduct a visual inspection of vehicles to identify any damages or areas needing repair, and report findings to management.
• Maintenance: Maintain equipment and supplies used for cleaning and detailing, ensuring they are in good working order.
• Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with customers, addressing any specific requests or concerns regarding their vehicles.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure efficient workflow and high standards of quality.
• Adherence to Safety Standards: Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in car detailing or grooming is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Good communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Physical stamina to perform tasks that may involve lifting and prolonged standing.
