📍 Location:
East Zone: Jewel, Tampines Mall, Parkway Parade, Compass Point, Waterway Point
Central Zone: Suntec City, Marina Square, Raffles City, Ngee Ann City, Paragon, City Square Mall, Bishan Bus Interchange
West Zone: Jurong Point, Bukit Panjang Plaza, Westgate, Lot 1

🕒 Working Hours:

6 Days (44 hours per week, Rest Day on Weekday)

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in car grooming, automotive detailing, retail or service operations.
• Supervisory or team leader experience is preferred.
• Good communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Able to train and supervise staff while maintaining service quality.
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays.

Job Description:

• Supervise the daily operations of the assigned outlet and ensure smooth workflow.
• Lead, coach and monitor a team of Car Care Specialists to achieve operational and service standards.
• Perform professional car grooming, detailing, polishing and washing services when required.
• Train new employees on company SOPs, grooming techniques, workplace safety and customer service standards.
• Monitor staff attendance, work allocation and productivity to ensure efficient manpower utilisation.
• Support the Outlet Supervisor in achieving outlet sales targets by promoting company products and value-added services.
• Monitor service quality and ensure customer satisfaction through timely resolution of customer feedback and service issues.
• Ensure compliance with company operational procedures, safety requirements and quality standards.
• Monitor inventory levels, prepare stock replenishment requests and ensure sufficient operational supplies.
• Assist in monitoring daily sales transactions, cash handling procedures and outlet documentation.
• Prepare daily operational reports, staff performance updates and inventory reports for the Outlet Supervisor or Area Operations Manager.
• Coordinate with other outlets and Head Office on operational matters, stock movement and manpower support when required.
• Ensure promotional activities are properly executed and displayed according to company requirements.
• Act as the Person-in-Charge of the outlet during the absence of the Outlet Supervisor.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management.
