Position: Car Aftersales Coordinator / Pre-delivery Inspections (PDI)

Working Location: Ubi

Salary Range: $2,500 - $3,000 + OT

Working days: 5.25 days per week

Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays: 0800hrs to 1730hrs Saturday (Alternate): 0800hrs to 1200hrs

Job Description:

·       Responsible for the co-coordination of work involved in the operations of Pre Delivery Inspections (PDI).

·       Administer, in proper order, all PDI documentations in areas of job cards, invoices, warranty claims, creation of purchase orders and GRNs.

·       Assign and monitor PDI work by Technicians.

·       Liaise with contractors for the necessary PDI work to be performed.

·       Perform quality checks on PDI work by Technicians and contractors.

·       Ensure the quality of new cars is at levels meeting customer expectations and ensuring customer satisfaction at delivery.

·       Provide administrative and technical support to Sales personnel at the point of delivery.

·       Liaise for outstanding PDI work to be performed (if any) after delivery.

·       Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirement:

·       At least NTC 2 in Motor Vehicle Mechanics or equivalent preferred.

·       Minimum 1 year relevant PDI experience preferred.

·       Possess valid Class 3 driving license is a must.

·       Ability to work overtime when required.
