Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor booking trends and forecasts to optimize vessel utilization.
• Manage medium-term space allocation and container balance in line with equipment plans.
• Coordinate cargo routing and vessel optimization with cross-functional teams.
• Analyze cargo flow and performance data to support decision-making.
• Handle disruptions and implement effective cargo recovery solutions.
• Drive cost efficiency through proactive planning and response.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Capacity Management team.
• Drive process improvements and system enhancements to boost efficiency.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of relevant experience 
• Able to adapt quickly to changes
• Good with Excel
