Key Responsibilities

• Social & Digital Platform Experimentation
  Drive and support experimentation across social and digital platforms, including but not limited to Xiaohongshu and Eternity X, to expand offshore audience reach.

• International Brand Campaign Support (Treasures)
  Support the execution of international brand campaigns for the Treasures segment, ensuring alignment with global strategies while addressing local market nuances.

• Lifestyle / Everyday CVP Communications & Product Launches
  Assist in the development and execution of communications for Lifestyle/Everyday Customer Value Proposition (CVP), as well as new product launches including Digibank, Cards, and Payments.

• Event Support
  Provide end-to-end support for key events such as the Symposium, covering planning, coordination, and on-site execution.

• Branch Communications
  Drive and implement effective communications for the branch network, including seasonal campaigns such as Chinese New Year (CNY) and Diwali.

• Audience Insights & Analysis
  Support the extraction and analysis of audience insights, with a focus on key segments such as young affluents, to inform marketing strategies and campaign development.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in brand marketing and financial services

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably within finance or wealth marketing

• Strong stakeholder management, organizational, and multitasking abilities

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

• Event planning and project management experience is an advantage

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying areas for improvement
