Salary: Up to $2,800 + AWS
Location: Ubi
Working Days: 5.25 days (Mon- to Fri 8am – 5.30pm, Alt Sat 8am – 12.30pm)

Key Duties:

• Route calls to the appropriate departments efficiently
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and online enquiries in a professional manner.
• Manage customer feedback, concerns, and complaints professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Requirements: 

• Min GCE ‘O’ Level
• Prior experience in customer service or call center environment is highly advantageous
