About the Role

Adecco is proud to partner with a reputable organisation in the finance sector and is seeking passionate Customer Service Officers who thrive on connecting with people and making a meaningful impact. As the first point of contact, you’ll deliver personalised support and solutions to customers over the phone, playing a key role in a dynamic, fast‑paced call centre environment.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver friendly, professional service to customers over the phone, handling in-bound enquiries across accounts, products, and services
• Understand each customer’s needs and provide accurate, tailored solutions
• Consistently uphold high service standards to ensure a positive customer experience
• Capture customer feedback and identify trends to support continuous service improvement

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication skills and a customer‑centric mindset
• Comfortable handling calls and working in a call centre environment
• Prior customer service or contact‑centre experience is an advantage
• Able to work 5 days a week, including weekends
• Detail‑oriented, patient, and solution‑driven
