Job Responsibilities

• Handle incoming phone calls and email enquiries from customers
• Assist customers with general queries
• Record and update case details in the system accurately
• Manage and escalate feedback or issues where necessary
• Deliver excellent service to enhance the customer experience

• Good communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working in rotating shift arrangements
