Job Description
Be part of our Central Monitoring Command Center team, respond to all calls and alarm signals promptly and efficiently.

Description
- Manage all inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner
- Attend alarm signals and fault call reported to achieve the Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- Handle customers’ complaints via phone or correspondence professionally
- Update and maintain a proper record on all customers
- Be involved actively in the customer retention program and strategy
- Work as a team and ensure that the call center service level is met
- Resolve customer queries efficiently and escalate problems/issues promptly
- Provide guidance to Call Agents
Requirements
- Able to work on night shift 9pm to 7am, including weekends and Public Holidays, 5 days work week
- Possess good communication, interpersonal skills and PC knowledge
- Able to speak Mandarin in order to assist in managing Mandarin speaking customers for mandarin alarm/fault request and support purposes
- Candidate with Call Centre experience will have added advantage
- Training will be provided
