Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Job Overview

We are looking for a hands-on and responsible individual to independently manage our café operations, which supports both walk-in customers and in-house aircraft catering requirements. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and capable of running daily café activities efficiently while contributing to sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

Café Operations

  • Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and light refreshments
  • Prepare sandwiches and simple food items for:Walk-in customersInternal supply (office consumption)Aircraft catering orders
  • Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards

Sales & Customer Service

  • Handle daily sales of snacks, drinks, and café items
  • Provide friendly and efficient customer service
  • Maintain a clean, welcoming café environment

Inventory & Stock Management

  • Monitor stock levels of ingredients, beverages, and supplies
  • Handle ordering and replenishment of inventory
  • Minimize wastage and ensure proper stock rotation

Marketing & Promotion

  • Create simple marketing content (e.g., social media posts, promotions)
  • Support initiatives to increase café sales and visibility
  • Promote catering offerings to internal and external customers

Catering Support (Aviation)

  • Prepare and pack food items for aircraft catering
  • Ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of catering requests
  • Maintain quality and hygiene standards suitable for aviation supply

Requirements

  • Able to work independently and manage day-to-day café operations
  • Basic barista skills or willingness to learn
  • Experience in F&B, café, or catering operations preferred
  • Possess valid Food Hygiene Certificate (e.g., WSQ Food Safety Course Level 1 or equivalent)
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills
  • Positive attitude and customer-oriented mindset
  • Basic knowledge of social media or marketing is an advantage

Preferred Qualities

  • Self-driven and responsible
  • Detail-oriented, especially in food preparation and stock control
  • Flexible and willing to support operational needs when required
